Ladies Who Do Skepticism was recently mentioned in Laura Barton‘s “View From A Broad” column in the G2 section of The Guardian on June 7th, 2010.  Here’s what she said:

“If this depresses you, you might cheer yourselves up by joining Ladies Who Do Skepticism, who cite their aim as “discussing the pseudoscience specifically targeted at women”. Previous Meetings have involved discussions on why face creams need “Seven Ways to Combat Ageing”, homeopathy and horoscopes. The next rendezvous will be a luncheon in Manchester on 12 June. On June 15th 2010, Emma and Janis from Ladies Who Do Skepticism appeared on the Heather Stott show on BBC Radio Manchester, where they discussed beauty products and their advertising, and why it is important to ask questions about such products (see at 2h 44m onwards).

You can also hear two “Ladies Who Do Skepticism” from the Manchester and Liverpool meets discussing their thoughts about the group on the Righteous Indignation Podcast Episode 50, which you can listen to here or download on itunes.
